Translate the picture, not just the words.
CraftSnap reads your screenshot, lifts each line off the image and sets the translation back in its place, sized to fit. It works like Google Lens, except the MarianMT INT8 model runs on your own CPU: no upload, no credits, no Wi-Fi.
English ↔ Vietnamese and Japanese → English after a one-time pack of about 130 to 145 MB per direction. Any other pair goes through Cloud Translate, only if you press it.

Does CraftSnap upload my screenshots?
No. Capture, beautify, OCR, local translation, redaction and search all run 100% on your PC, and image pixels never leave it. CraftSnap goes online only when you ask it to: to download a language pack, or when you press a Cloud AI action such as Summary or Cloud Translate. Then it asks first and sends only the recognised text, with hidden words and detected entities replaced by [hidden]. That text goes to craftsnap.online and from there to Anthropic's Claude API. With your own key, it goes only to the endpoint you chose.
What is CraftSnap?

CraftSnap translates line by line and redraws each line where it was. It's machine translation, so check anything important before you rely on it. Other language pairs use Cloud Translate.

What is an Editable Copy, and is it safe to share?
It's a standard PNG that any app can open, with your project tucked inside a private csPJ chunk, so CraftSnap can reopen it with every annotation still editable. Because it also keeps the original pixels, including anything you redacted, CraftSnap warns you the first time you save one. When something must stay hidden, share a normal export instead: there the masked pixels are destroyed.
How do floating pins work?
Pin any capture and it floats above your other windows. Drag it anywhere, across monitors with different DPI, and make it see-through when you need what's behind it. Free keeps up to 3 pins open at a time; Pro has no limit. It's perfect for keeping a spec, a palette or a mockup in sight while you work.
How many computers can I activate with one Pro license?
One Pro Lifetime Key activates on up to 3 personal Windows PCs at the same time. When you change hardware, you can release an old machine yourself.
Do I need an account to activate?
No account or password. Your license key arrives by email straight after purchase. Paste it into CraftSnap's settings and you're done; verification runs offline.
